Symphony No. 3 (Symphony In One Movement) was written in the spring of 2010 for conductor Robert Raines and the Brampton Symphony Orchestra. Raines has been very helpful in developing Taylor's career, as well as many other talents in the Greater Toronto area.
A long time was spent on this particular piece, with two movements being canned entirely. Taylor kept the strongest movement and decided to make his Symphony No. 3 a one movement symphony. This one movement is 20 minutes alone.
